Got a question? We're here to answer! If you don't see your question here, drop us an email on enquiries@nethergongcamping.co.uk

Yes we allow a reasonable number of day visitors on site. You must inform reception if you expect day visitors and how many. All day visitors must be off site by 9pm.
Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. Dogs must be kept on a lead at Nethergong as not all children or campers love dogs. Owners of any dog acting aggressively will be asked to take them home immediately.
We allow campfires using one of our portable fire pits which you can hire for £7.50. We sell logs (£8 a bag) and kindling (50p a bundle) that you can pick up from the shop, or we deliver in the afternoon. Priority for firepits will be given to campers purchasing logs from us. NB: Please note that if you’re bringing your own wood to burn, you must ensure there are no nails in the wood, as these can be dangerous in a fire and also cause punctures to our tractor!
We are a tent-only site but do allow small campervans of the VW size and type. Please book in as a tent on our booking system and write that you are a VW/van in the ‘notes’ section of the form.
Yes, we have no problems with gazebos. Unfortunately, as we have noticed that they are getting bigger each year we have had to make a small charge of £5 for your stay.
Family groups are welcome and we have locations where whole groups can be sited together. We do not accept under 18's unaccompanied by adults. All groups must be mindful of excessive noise at night and children should be monitored after dark.
Normally, parking by tents is allowed across the whole site. When ground conditions in the Main Field are wet, we may ask you to unload and then park in the small adjacent car park. There is a small charge of £5 a night if you would like to bring a second car with your tent. All second cars are to be parked in our car park areas.
We are happy for campers to arrive any time after 12pm and glampers to arrive from 2pm. If you expect to arrive after 6.30pm please let us know in advance of your estimated arrival time.
In general we are happy for weekend campers to stay until after lunch on Sunday as long as all outstanding monies have been paid by 12pm. Glampers should leave their accommodation by 11am. During the summer holidays we ask for all departures (tents and glamping) by 11am.
We don't encourage feeding the wildlife as there is plenty of natural food for them at Nethergong.
Neither are suitable for swimming, or even paddling.
Positively encouraged, as long as they don't tear down large branches from our trees. There are always branches lying around on the ground.
Amplified music is not allowed at any time. Other campers right to peace should always be respected.
